With an ability to find a connection with, and the spirit within each person, she has a unique way of writing, not just about herself, but also about the people she loves and observes in detail.

She does not hesitate to write about the failings and disappointments - or the hurts and unfairness that so many of us face, as we navigate through relationships, aging and inherited beliefs. She will call out the institutions, the preachers and the bigots. She will give comfort
